Mahali bin Lani, Hj. Damit bin Haji Bolaji, Haji Nohammed bin Haji Gembok, Awg Luna bin Salleh, Awg Morni bin Layun, Awg. Kassim bin Abdullah, Awg. Saifon bin Laman, Awg. Maaruf bin Manglan, Awg. Abdul Rahman bin Sanip, Haji Md. Zin bin Apong, Haji Budin bin Haji Abd. Rahman). The ceremony was held in conjunction with AFC's Referee Day.
Present at the event was Pg Haji Metusin Pg Haji Metasan, a representative of AFC/AFF/BAFA, Yang Dipertua PPBNBD Pg. Aliudin Pg. Hj. Tajudin, Awg Tamat Haji Budin (Referee Development), the chairperson and members from Brunei Muara, Belait and Tutong districts.
The tahlil ceremony was lead by Haji Habib bin Haji Abdullah, Vice President of Brunei Muara.
